When registering for industrial attachment at Context Expert Agencies, bring these documents. Simple and straightforward.

Copy of School ID
A photocopy or clear photo of your current student identification card from your college, university or polytechnic.

A photocopy or clear scan of your Kenya National Identity Card (or Passport for non-citizens). Must be valid.

Attachment Letter from School HOD
An official letter from your Head of Department authorising and directing you to proceed for industrial attachment — printed on school letterhead.

Student Logbook
The official daily activity logbook from your institution where you record your tasks, learnings, and supervisor comments each day.

Company Assessment Book
Provided by your school for your supervisor to fill in assessments and performance ratings. We sign and stamp this on your fortnightly visit.

Submit Your Registration Documents
Bring or send your School ID, National ID, and Attachment Letter from your HOD. These are processed and your slot is officially confirmed.

A short onboarding meeting (in-person or via call) to introduce you to your mentor, your tools, your tasks, and how your logbook should be completed.
