We typically respond within minutes during working hours (Monday–Saturday 7:30AM–7:00PM, Sunday 9:00AM–4:00PM). Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details, review artwork, and provide a final confirmed quote.
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), PSD (Photoshop), EPS, high-resolution JPG and PNG files. For best results, use PDF with bleed marks and CMYK colour space at minimum 300 DPI. If unsure, just send what you have and we’ll advise you. You can also WhatsApp files to 0740 695 033.
Absolutely! Our in-house design team offers free design consultations and can create your artwork from scratch. Simply tick the “I need TNT to design my artwork” checkbox in the order form and describe what you need. For complex designs, a small design fee may apply — we’ll let you know upfront.
Banner and large format printing is priced per square meter (width × height = total sq metres × price per sq metre). The prices shown on this form are estimates. Your final confirmed price will be provided when our team contacts you, as it depends on the exact material, finishing, and any additional services.
Yes! Same-day printing is available on most standard products if you place your order and have your artwork confirmed by 11:00AM. This includes banners, flyers, business cards, stickers, T-shirts (standard designs), and stamps. For complex or large orders, express (next-day) service is available.
We accept M-Pesa (till number or Paybill — provided on order confirmation), cash at our Ruiru Town shop, and bank transfer for large orders. A 50% deposit is required before production begins on custom orders. Balance is paid before collection or delivery.
Yes. We offer delivery within Ruiru Town, across Kiambu County, and to Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas. Delivery charges apply and are calculated based on your location and order size. We’ll advise you of the delivery cost when confirming your order. You’re also welcome to collect from our shop at no extra cost.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the print does not match what was approved and confirmed, we will reprint it at no cost. We do request that you approve your artwork proof before printing begins — this ensures you get exactly what you want. Any changes after approval may incur a small reprinting fee.
